Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson

Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson is a 3D side-scrolling action game made for the 3DS, and was developed by the same team which created Senran Kagura Burst. New gameplay is included in the form of pair battles, which allows a second character, to which the player can give commands, to fight alongside the player's character. The playable characters in the game are customizable. Outfits, accessory size and position, and hair color can be changed to the player's liking. Augmented reality functionality was also included in the game. The playable characters could be posed against a real-life background in a variety of poses.

This game was rated PEGI 16 for frequent depictions of sexualised nudity and infrequent strong language. Not suitable for persons under 16 years of age. The game features frequent depictions of sexualised partial nudity. In keeping with the rest of the series, the characters’ clothing is torn off when they receive damage, leaving them fighting in their underwear. This title also features a dressing room in which the characters can be dressed up, posed and poked. Moving the cursor over the women’s breasts and lower halves causes them to respond with embarrassed reactions and eventually results in their clothing being ripped apart. Further, the game features still images of the women bathing in the nude, with steam and water just covering them. The game also features infrequent use of the word ‘fuck’. This game features online playing capability which may involve real-time interaction with other players.
