A young Valkyrie who is entrusted with the fate of the world by the All-Father, the highest of gods and ruler of all creation, will face various enemies on her quest and must utilize a variety of weapons, magic and the power of her allies to prevent Ragnarok - the destruction of the world.

synopsis

Violence towards human and fantasy adversaries is non-realistic looking, with exaggerated leaps and bounds. Impacts are indicated by a flash of light together with a number value indicating the damage caused. Once defeated, characters fall to the ground and disappear. The game's dialogue includes use of bad language, including 'bastard’ and ‘shit’.

synopsis

Valkyrie Elysium is an RPG set in the world of Norse mythology in which the player controls a Valkyrie, Maria, as she searches Midgard after Ragnarok caused mass destruction and has almost wiped out the human race. While on this mission bestowed upon her by Odin, she encounters another Valkyrie, Hilde, who is working on the opposing side with Fenrir. The game includes in-game purchases of objects but does not include any other online interactivity. Themes The player character engages in combat against enemies including dragons and gargoyles in a fantasy world based on Norse mythology. Violence The game features use of realistic weapons such as swords, rapiers, lances and glaives as well as magical attacks including blasts of electricity, ice, fire, holy magic, or dark magic. Strikes and attacks are indicated by flashes of bright coloured light and finishing moves are performed when an enemy is at low health before the defeated enemies explode in a puff of sparkles. Language The game includes use of the words "shit" and "bastard". Online interactivity The game includes in-game purchases of objects in the form of additional player skins and other similar aesthetic items
